Return Policy

If you need to make a return, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. The shipment must be made within 15 days after receipt of the order.


The customer shall be responsible for shipping and returning shipping costs, as well as any possible taxes and import charges in their country.


LIMO will only be responsible for the shipping and return costs in the case of sending an incorrect or defective product.


We do not accept changes. If you want to change a piece, you have to return it and buy a new one.


The sample garments that you will find in the Archive Sales section are final sales. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
We will not be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit back to us, as well as those retained in Customs.
We will not accept returns that are sent to us because of refusal to pay custom duties. In this case, the customs won’t be entitled to a refund.
Once we receive the garments (in perfect condition, with their labels and original packaging) we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount immediately. We will use the same method you used to make the payment.
