Yes, as long as your order hasn't left our workshop. Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or at care@bylimo.es with your order number and the new address.

You have 15 days from the receipt of your order to contact us and request a return. The return shipment must also be made within that 15-day period.

Exchanges are not accepted: if you want a different garment, you must return the one you have and place a new order.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any import duties or taxes in their country; LIMO only covers these costs if the error is ours (incorrect or defective product).

We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during return transit, nor for customs delays; returns rejected by customs due to unpaid duties will not be accepted. Once the garment is received in perfect condition, with tags and original packaging, we will process the refund immediately using the same payment method used for the purchase.
